A small batch bourbon from Widow Jane, made from Baby Jane, an heirloom corn the distillery developed itself. It is bottled at 45.5% in a 75cl bottle.
The spirit was distilled in Red Hook, Brooklyn and in Kentucky, then matured in new, charred American oak barrels. It is blended by hand in Brooklyn, only a few barrels at a time, and proofed with mineral water from the Rosendale mines of New York. It is non-chill filtered.
The corn is described as bringing depth, sweetness and a creamy spiciness.
