Widow Jane – Bourbon (70cl, 45.5%)

Widow Jane Bourbon is a small batch whiskey, bottled at 45.5% in a 70cl bottle. Widow Jane searches the country for barrels of straight bourbon and rye, which are assembled by hand in the Red Hook neighbourhood of Brooklyn, New York. The whiskey is non-chill-filtered and proofed with limestone water from the Rosendale Mines in upstate New York. The nose is vanilla, nutmeg and cream. The palate brings orange, maple and cherry, followed by a lasting finish of charred oak and spice.
