Widow Jane – Paradigm Rye Whiskey (75cl, 46.5%)

Widow Jane Paradigm is a blend of straight rye whiskeys from the Brooklyn-based Widow Jane distillery, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The whiskey is proofed down with the brand's own mineral-rich limestone water, which comes from the Rosendale mines of New York. It is the brand's straight rye expression, built around the bold, spicy side of rye. It is described as spice-forward, with baking spice and soft oak, and a smooth, rounded finish.
