Wild Turkey – 1.0 Master's Keep 17 Year Old (Bottled 2015) (75cl, 43.4%)

This is Wild Turkey Master's Keep 17 Year Old, a Kentucky bourbon bottled in 2015 at 43.4% (86.8 proof) in a 75cl bottle. Much of the seventeen years was spent in stone warehouses, which are more forgiving than the usual wooden storehouses. They slow maturation and allow the liquid to spend longer in the cask. The bourbon is chewy and moreish, with plenty of cinnamon and green almond, and it remains fresh for its age.
