Wild Turkey 101 is a bourbon from a brand that dates back to 1891, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in white oak barrels for more than six years and bottled at 101 proof (50.5%).
The nose is caramel, vanilla and toffee, with hints of oak, spice and citrus zest. The palate is full-bodied, with sweet caramel, honey and vanilla, balanced by black pepper, cinnamon and cloves over toasted oak. The finish is long, with caramel sweetness and lingering spice.
