Wild Turkey – 101 Proof Distiller's Reserve 12 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70cl, 50.5%)

Wild Turkey Distiller's Reserve is a 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 101 proof (50.5%) in a 700ml bottle. It is linked to the father and son team of Jimmy and Eddie Russell. The whisky was chosen from the distillers' favourite reserve. It was barrelled at a lower proof and matured slowly. It is typically described as having notes of vanilla, rich caramel and hints of spice, followed by a long finish of chocolate orange.
