Master's Keep Revival is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled in 2018 at 50.5% (101 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It blends bourbon aged 12 to 15 years, then finishes it in Oloroso sherry casks at least 20 years old, hand-selected by Master Distiller Eddie Russell.
It is an homage to a bourbon pioneered by Jimmy Russell.
The nose offers cherry pie, raisins, citrus, nuts and a touch of oak. The palate is soft and creamy, spicy and sweet, with tropical fruit. The finish is long, with dried apricot, honey and gentle spice.
