Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50.5%)

Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg. It was launched in 1994, and each bottle is selected by Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell, whose signatures are on the label alongside the barrel number, warehouse, rick and bottling date. The mashbill is 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley. The bourbon is aged for around eight to nine years in new charred American oak and reduced with Kentucky limestone water to 101 proof (50.5%). The nose is caramel, honey, citrus and rye spice, with a hint of leather and tobacco. The palate is full bodied, with vanilla, toffee, baking spice, oak and orchard fruit. The finish is long and warming, with oak and spice.
