Wild Turkey Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40.5% vol. It was first produced in 2011.
The bourbon matured for 6 to 8 years in oak casks treated with the alligator char method, a very heavy charring of the cask.
The colour is rich gold. The nose is fresh, with citrus, dried fruit, oak and spice. The palate shows spice, oak and citrus with a light peppery bite, and the finish is short and spicy.
