Master's Keep 17 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Wild Turkey, bottled in 2015 as Batch No 0001 of a limited edition. It is bottled at 43.4% ABV. Much of its seventeen years was spent in stone warehouses, which are more forgiving than the usual wooden storehouses. They slow maturation and let the bourbon spend longer in cask. It is described as a moreish, chewy bourbon with plenty of cinnamon and green almond, and a freshness that belies its age.
