Wild Turkey Master's Keep 7.0 ONE is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled in 2021 at 50.5% ABV (101 proof), in a 75cl bottle.
It combines two profiles: hand-selected barrels aged between 9 and 10 years, and a small batch of 14-year-old whiskey. The two were brought together with a second maturation in new oak barrels that were specially toasted and charred.
Sweet honey, caramel and vanilla lead the nose. The palate is bold with vanilla, butterscotch and caramel, and the finish is fresh and lingering, with toasted oak.
