Wild Turkey Master's Keep Bottled in Bond is a 17 year old Kentucky straight bourbon at 50% ABV (100 proof), in a 75cl bottle. It is the longest-aged Bottled-in-Bond Wild Turkey has produced, and the barrels were personally chosen by Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie Russell.
Bottled-in-Bond means a single distilling season at a single distillery, matured in a federally bonded warehouse. Here that meets Wild Turkey's #4 char barrels and a high-rye mashbill.
Vanilla, caramel and dried fruit mark the nose, with Wild Turkey's spice. The palate is rich and full, with deep oak, vanilla, dried fruit and warm spice. The finish is long, warming and led by spice.
