Wild Turkey – Master's Keep Cornerstone Rye 5.0 Batch No 0001 (75cl, 54.5%)

Master's Keep Cornerstone is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Wild Turkey, bottled in 2019 at 54.5% as Batch No 0001 of the 5.0 release, in a 75cl bottle. Master Distiller Eddie Russell set aside his oldest and boldest rye barrels, aged between 9 and 11 years, and drew on nearly four decades of experience to shape the final whiskey. It is a limited edition. The nose has oak, cinnamon, cocoa and a hint of pepper. The palate brings dense, chewy dark fruit, and the finish turns to toasted rye bread, nuts and spice.
