Wild Turkey – Master's Keep Cornerstone Rye, Bottled 2019, 9 to 11 Years Old (75cl, 54.5%)

Cornerstone Rye is the fourth release in Wild Turkey's Master's Keep series and the oldest rye the distillery had released at the time. It was bottled in 2019 at 54.5% ABV (109 proof) in a 750ml bottle. Eddie Russell hand-picked a small selection of his oldest rye barrels, aged from 9 to 11 years, and drew on nearly four decades of experience to put it together. It is a limited edition. The aroma is of warm vanilla, with black pepper and toasted rye. The palate brings honey and baked apple, and the finish is long and clean, with spice and oak.
