Wild Turkey – Master's Keep Decades (75cl, 52%)

A bourbon from Wild Turkey in a 75cl bottle, made from a blend of bourbons aged between 10 and 20 years. They are matured in the McBrayer Rickhouse, which sits at a lower elevation on the distillery's property where the temperature varies less, allowing a higher proof and deep, bold flavour. Bottled at 104 proof (52%), it has a nose of oak and caramel. The palate brings butterscotch, dried fruit, chocolate and smoke, and the finish is smooth, sweet and spicy.
