Wild Turkey – Master's Keep One 101 Proof (Bottled 2021) (75cl, 50.5%)

Master's Keep One is a Wild Turkey bourbon bottled in 2021 at 50.5% ABV (101 proof), in a 750ml bottle. Eddie selected barrels between nine and ten years old, reflecting his father's liking for mid-aged bourbon, and added a small batch of 14-year-old whiskey to reflect his own passion for older bourbons. The two were joined and given a second maturation in new oak barrels that were specially toasted and charred. The nose is sweet honey, caramel and vanilla. Bold vanilla, butterscotch and caramel lead the palate, and the finish is fresh, lingering toasted oak.
