This is a single barrel rye from Willett Family Estate, aged for 7 years in hand-selected white oak and bottled from barrel number 2342, known as "Morris The Cat". It was bottled at 55.2% ABV, or 110.4 proof.
The barrel gave 204 bottles, each one hand bottled, which makes this a small and specific release rather than a batch.
In the glass it is described as spicy rye with rich caramel and a hint of citrus zest, followed by a smooth oak finish.
