Willett Aged 8 Years is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, bottled at 54% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
In the glass it is a bright orange. The nose offers vanilla, fudge, rye, peppermint and burnt caramel. The palate is full-bodied and warm, with more vanilla alongside oranges, black tea, cinnamon and peppermint, and the finish is warm and long.
