A cask strength Kentucky straight bourbon from Willett, in a 75cl bottle. It is a semiannual release, planned for around the Spring and Fall Equinox, and is built on the distillery's wheated bourbon recipe.
The mashbill is 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% malted barley. The whiskey went into the barrel at 115 proof and is bottled at full cask strength, rather than at the lower proof of the familiar Pot Still Reserve.
