Rowan's Creek is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the makers of Willett, bottled at 50.05% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a blend of high rye bourbons aged between five and fifteen years.
The nose brings caramel and vanilla over herbal and floral notes. The mouthfeel starts oily and finishes dry, with sweet caramel and vanilla on the palate, touched with floral notes, then oak and a lingering spiciness.
