This is a seven-year-old single barrel straight Bourbon from Willett, bottled by hand from barrel number 3090 at a cask strength of 65.4% ABV. The whiskey was aged in hand-selected white oak barrels.
It comes from the Willett Family Estate label, which exists only for the family's Private Barrel Selection programme. The Bourbon is non-chill-filtered and is described as having unusual depth and complexity.
