Necessary Evil Imperial Stout finish in former bourbon casks
Wire Works Necessary Evil Finish Batch 05/2022 is a single malt English whisky from White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire. Bottled at 51.3% ABV, it is finished in ex-bourbon casks that subsequently held Thornbridge Brewery's Necessary Evil Imperial Stout. The lightly peated spirit combines roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee bean with vanilla, toasted oak and dried fruit. These flavours lead into a long, warming finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
