Wolfburn 10 Year Old is a single malt matured in ex-sherry butts. It is the first 10-year-old released by the distillery, issued in 2023 to mark its tenth anniversary.
The nose is gently sweet with sherry, figs and raisins, plus vanilla and sweet oak. The palate is deep and varied, with chocolate and dark fruit, caramel, vanilla, nutmeg and spicy oak. In the finish silky tannins give a full, sweet close of dried fruit and caramel that lingers.
