This is a Christmas edition from Wolfburn called Partridge in a Pear Tree, a 12 year old single malt in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025.
The whisky was matured in Oloroso sherry butts and ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
