Wolfburn – 7 Year Old 2015/2022 Dark Rum Casks Vibrant Stills (50%)

A 7 year old single malt from Wolfburn, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2022 as the Vibrant Stills release. It is limited to 1,500 bottles. The spirit matured for seven years in first-fill bourbon casks, then spent a further six months in dark rum casks. It is bottled at 50%, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. Wolfburn is a distillery in the harbour town of Thurso, in the north of Scotland, and takes its water from the small Wolf Burn stream.
