This is a single malt Scotch whisky from Wolfburn Distillery, matured in sherry oak and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with sherry sweetness, followed by freshly cut grass and autumn fruits, with just a touch of coffee and bitter chocolate. On the palate, floral tones come forward alongside spice and vanilla, and a fruity sweetness coats the mouth, with fruit and nut flavours.
The finish is warm and soft, and the sherry tones stay present to the end.
