Wolfburn – Morven Peated (46%)

Wolfburn Morven is a lightly peated single malt Scotch from the Wolfburn distillery in the Northern Highlands, bottled at 46% ABV. The malted barley is infused with smoke during the drying process. It is a mild, rounded whisky with a fresh twist of smoke and peat. Wolfburn became Scotland's northernmost whisky-producing distillery when it released its first single malt in March 2016. It was built only 350 metres from the ruins of a 19th-century distillery, from which it takes its name.
