Northland is a Wolfburn whisky bottled at 46% ABV. It was matured in American oak quarter casks, and both the maturation and the bottling took place at the distillery. Northland is the first chapter in the Wolfburn story.
Its soft, warming aromas are put down to the calm way the spirit is made and to the quarter cask maturation.
