Wolfburn – Northland (46%)

Wolfburn Northland is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% ABV. It was the first single malt released by the Wolfburn distillery. It was shaped by master distiller Shane Fraser, using carefully chosen local ingredients, mineral-rich water and a slow fermentation. The distillation is run gently so that only the purest part of the spirit is collected. The result is a malt with a soft, elegant character.
