It is made as a small batch, in an elegant, balanced style.
The nose brings malted cereal, honey and ripe fruit, with touches of vanilla and wood. The palate opens soft and harmonious, with malt, caramel and dried fruit and a little spice, in a round texture. The finish is long, with woody notes and a pleasing malty sweetness.
