Woodson Bourbon Whiskey Michigan Rose in Mouth Commemorative is a University of Michigan edition honouring Charles Woodson. It carries the rose-in-mouth image linked to Michigan's 20-14 victory over Ohio State, and comes with a Michigan display cylinder.
The bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged three years, in a 750ml bottle at 45% ABV (90 proof).
The nose is sweet corn, charred oak, baking spice, vanilla, roasted pepper and nuts. Honey, toasted ginger, black cherry, black pepper and oak run through the palate, with buttery caramel developing towards a long, dry finish of oak, pepper and caramel.
