Woody Creek Distillers Rye Whiskey is made from 100% Colorado rye and bears the name of William H. Macy.
It was aged in new American oak barrels with a medium toast and a number 3 char, for a minimum of two years by the bottle's age statement and now for at least three and a half years.
The rye character is distinct, with citrus peel on the nose, pronounced white pepper across the palate and oaky vanilla mid-palate.
