Writer's Tears Japanese Mizunara Cask Finish (55%)

Writer's Tears Japanese Mizunara Cask Finish is an Irish whiskey bottled at 55%. It was matured in bourbon casks and then spent nine months in casks made from Japanese mizunara oak, a wood rarely used outside Japan. It is the most recent addition to the Writer's Tears finishing collection. This limited edition came out in 2019, in time for the Rugby World Cup in Japan.
