Minor Case Straight Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Yellowstone, bottled at 45% ABV and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in oak casks, which add vanilla and caramel to the grain character.
The flavour opens with cereal notes and peppery, nutmeg spice. The palate is soft yet lively, sweet with honey and dried fruit before a lasting, peppery spice builds. The finish is long and warm, with a slightly smoky aftertaste.
