Yellowstone Select KSBW is a bourbon in a 70cl bottle, matured in American oak barrels. Vanilla and caramel run through both the nose and the palate, with a light edge of toasted wood.
The nose adds a hint of ripe fruit. On the palate it opens soft but firm, with sweet spices of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, and a round body with a little oak. The finish is long and spicy.
