Yellowstone Select is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 46.5% in a 75cl bottle. It comes from the Yellowstone brand of J.W. Dant, which grew in popularity across Kentucky.
Dant went on to buy other nearby distilleries and formalise his process. In the early 1900s he began working more closely with M.C. Beam, and together they ran their network of facilities as the Yellowstone Distillery. Production of the bourbon continued through Prohibition, for medicinal purposes.
