Zackariah Harris Bourbon is a three-year-old Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is produced by Sazerac Company at the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown.
The mash bill is predominantly corn, and the whiskey is aged for three years in new, charred American oak barrels.
The nose is light and mildly sweet, with faint caramel, brown sugar and orange citrus. The palate begins soft and sweet with caramel, then moves to vanilla, toffee and baked cherry, with cinnamon, clove and a touch of dry wood. The finish is fairly short and semi-sweet, fading to barrel char and faint vanilla.
