Zavalloni Romagna Albana DOCG Secco

A white wine made exclusively from Albana grapes, from the Romagna region. It has a bright golden-yellow colour. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, white flowers, bitter almond, and subtle mineral and vanilla notes from the use of wood during vinification. On the palate it balances acidity and body, with freshness and alcoholic structure leading to a persistent, slightly bitter finish. It suits aperitifs, fish, shellfish and not-too-aged cheeses, served at 8 to 10 degrees Celsius.
