Zedda Piras Filu' e Ferru Grappa (70cl)

A Sardinian grappa made from selected Sardinian pomace, distilled with traditional methods to preserve the intensity of aromas from native grape varieties. Clear and crystalline, it has an aroma of Mediterranean herbs and fresh fruit. On the palate it is vigorous but balanced, with flavours that fade into a persistent, slightly spicy finish. It can be served at room temperature as a digestif or used as a base for cocktails.
