Zero Nine Spirits Wh07 Blend Malt & Grain (50cl, 53.2%)

A blended whisky from Zero Nine Spirits, assembled in France from an old grain whisky and an American malt whiskey. It is batch W07h, the seventh release in the Steampunk series, bottled in October 2024 at a cask strength of 53.2% in a 50cl bottle. Only 125 bottles were filled. The nose opens with vanilla and grated coconut from the grain whisky, with buttery caramel and toasted oak behind them from the malt. The palate is rich and spicy, with coconut and vanilla lifted by cinnamon and pepper. The finish is long, with caramel and gentle spice.
