This is a peated single malt from 10th Street Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV as the Distiller's Cut.
It is double distilled in copper pot stills from 100% peated malted barley and aged in first-fill bourbon barrels. The colour is light golden.
The nose is citrus with a note of peat smoke. On the palate it is creamy, with vanilla and dark red apple peel that turn into rounded peat, balancing fruit and smoke. The finish is full-bodied and buttery, with lingering peat.
