10th Street STR American Single Malt is a non-peated single malt from 10th Street Distillery in San Jose, California. It is made from domestic two-row malted barley and double distilled in all-copper pot stills.
The whisky is finished in shaved, toasted and re-charred casks, known as STR, which balance malt and wood influence. It is non-chill filtered.
The nose is malt-forward with toasted oak and light sweetness. Creamy malt meets toasted, re-charred oak on the palate, and the finish is smooth with lingering wood spice.
