1792 – Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 46.9%)

1792 Small Batch is a bourbon bottled at 46.85% vol. (93.7 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is made from corn, rye and malted barley in a high rye mash bill. The barrels age only on the top floors of the warehouses and are taken out at peak maturity, then selected by the Master Distiller and married together. The nose is complex, with vanilla, caramel and deep oak. On the palate, rye spice mingles with dark fruit and caramel. The finish is long, with hints of cocoa.
