1792 Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon made in Bardstown. The name marks the year Kentucky joined the Union. It is distilled from a high-rye mash and aged in new American oak barrels, with hand-selected barrels blended together.
The nose offers caramel, toasted oak and vanilla. On the palate the rye brings spice, alongside toffee, dried fruit and pepper. The finish is long and warming, with sweet oak, cinnamon and clove.
