A limited edition single malt from Aber Falls, the first whisky distillery in North Wales for over a century. It was aged for three years in a Sauternes wine cask, and 635 bottles were filled in December 2022 at 46% ABV, in a 70cl size.
The nose brings berries and cream with a rich grape influence, sweet malt and rich oak. On the palate are sweet grape, soft toffee and syrup, creamy berries and hints of nut and oak. The finish is long, with lingering sweet fruit.
