This is a limited edition of Aberfeldy 15 Year Old, a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle. It comes from batch 2922/B.
The whisky first matured in former American whisky casks, then finished in casks that previously held Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon from California. Aberfeldy produces limited releases of this kind, partly aged in ex-red wine casks.
It is typically described as having notes of raspberry and coffee beans.
