Aberfeldy – 15 Years Old Cadillac Wine Cask Finish (70cl, 43%)

Aberfeldy 15 Years Old is a limited-edition Highland single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It matured first in refill casks and was then finished for six months in ex-Cadillac wine casks. The casks came from a 40-hectare estate farmed with sustainable methods in Entre-deux-Mers, Gironde, just south of Bordeaux. The Cadillac appellation is known for aromatic sweet wines. The Aberfeldy spirit itself is made on site, with a long fermentation in larch washbacks and distillation in tall pot stills, which gives the honeyed richness the distillery is known for.
