Aberfeldy – 16 Years (70cl, 40%)

Aberfeldy 16 Years is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit is made on site in Perthshire. Fermentation is extra long, in larch washbacks, and distillation takes place in tall pot stills that overlook the rolling hills. Together these processes produce the honeyed richness for which Aberfeldy is known. The distillery was founded in the Dewar family's pursuit of whisky perfection, and its malt still forms the heart of the Dewar's blend, though it is now also popular as a single malt in its own right.
