Aberfeldy 21 Years Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle. It was aged for at least 21 years in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in casks that previously held Madeira wine.
The Madeira finish brings sweet notes alongside Aberfeldy's own rich character. The whisky is rich in texture and complex, with ripe figs cooked in honey, a hint of walnut oil and a touch of dark chocolate.
