Aberfeldy 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt that spent more than two decades maturing in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks.
The flavour is described as heather honey, toasted cereal and dried fruit, with creamy toffee, warming cinnamon and the tang of orange marmalade. Dark chocolate and roasted nuts add depth, and the distillery's honeyed sweetness runs through it.
The texture is silky and the finish stays long on the palate.
